Quick and Easy, Delicious Honey Mustard Chicken

This chicken is so delectable and easy you’ll find yourself coming back to cook it again and again. You can use any cut of chicken you desire just change the baking time to match. I like to use spicy brown Dijon mustard, but you can use regular Dijon mustard instead if you prefer. In order to cut down on the number of dishes I like to put my ingredients directly in the baking pan and stir them together in there before adding my chicken. Or you can stir them in a separate bowl and pour right on top.

Chicken cut of choice (I do 6-8 boneless skinless thighs)

⅓ cup melted butter or olive oil

2 tbsp honey

2 tsp yellow curry powder

3 tsp onion powder

3 tsp garlic powder

3 tbsp yellow mustard

1 heaping tbsp spicy dijon mustard

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp packed brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk together all ingredients in a glass baking pan or bowl. Then pour on top of chicken in a glass baking pan. Place your chicken in the pan turning to coat all sides. Bake all chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cooking times may vary by cut. I use boneless skinless thighs and bake for about 25 minutes.
