In a microwave safe dish or double boiler melt together the chocolate chips and vegan butter. if microwaving do it at short intervals so that it doesn't get over cooked and become gloppy. Once fully melted set aside to cool.
In a large bowl or stand mixer bowl add in the vegan cream cheese, vanilla, and cream together. Once the chocolate is cooled down mix it into the cream cheese.
Finally add in the powdered sugar and mix until fluffy.
